THIRTY MINUTE BOOST

A thirty minute, action packed class to boost your days workout.  On Tuesdays, work your core with moves inspired by Pilates and Yoga. Thursdays are a rotating body or light weight work out of either upper or lower body to be announced the previous Tuesday.

MEMBERS:  Free!

NON-MEMBERS: $8 PER CLASS OR $42 PER MONTH

SUNRISE YOGA -  Yoga gently rejuvenates the body. Yoga calms and strengthens the nervous system increasing blood flow to every organ and increases oxygen to all your cells. Practicing yoga tends to make a person more flexible, stronger, more energetic and more youthful.
