An innovative combination of weight training, circuit training, plyometric training, Pilates, and Yoga packed into an exciting and fun 60 minute class.

NON-MEMBERS: $8 PER CLASS OR $35 PER MONTH

SUNRISE YOGA - Yoga gently rejuvenates the body. Yoga calms and strengthens the nervous system increasing blood flow to every organ and increases oxygen to all your cells. Practicing yoga tends to make a person more flexible, stronger, more energetic and more youthful.
Monday and Wednesday 6:00 am-6:45am & 7:00am-7:45am
